- All bookings are sunject to availability
- Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Anthos Travel reserves the right to deny participation if a client’s health or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.
- We act as an agent for third-party suppliers, therefore we are not liable for acts or omissions by the suppliers.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained during the tour, except where caused by our negligence.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
- We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Any complaints should be brought to the attention of the tour guide or a representative of Anthos Travel immediately.
- Clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss of personal belongings.
- We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to insufficient insurance coverage.
